We thouroughly recommend Lavender Cottage. On arrival we were made most welcome by David and Roz the owners. The cottage itself was lovely, clean spacious and welcoming. The local walks information provided by David was informative and clear. We recommend the one around Scarborough Castle, great views and places of interest. The Nags Head in the village nearby was a must on quiz night! We intend to return!

This cottage was one of the best we have stayed in for its superb location with lovely views. The owner was welcoming and helpful and we had a thoroughly good holiday.
